Hi,

As mentioned Eset Antivirus is turned off and Windows Defender (Windows Security) is turned on.

Eset reports no problems but Windows Defender Antivirus is causing massive problems slowing down the computer when running routine tasks.

Eset Endpoint Antivirus 7.3.2039.0
Windows 10 Pro (2004) OS Version 10.0.19041.450

Clicking the button (under Security Providers) to enable Eset does nothing.

We did recently upgrade from another version but I did not take note of the version. I think it was something like 7.1 We also changed the licence from one managed on site to cloud managed licence. Only one out of 22 computers affected. Well, nobody else reports a slow PC - so maybe there are others?
