The secured banking page not opening up automatically

Running Windows 10. Google Chrome browser. ESET Internet Security version 14.0.22.0.

I have web site that I need to open in the secured browser. I updated to domain on the Website Redirection list (under Banking and Payment Protection). The Banking secure window will not open automatically. I tried to remove the site from the redirection list and re-enter it to the list. I also did a complete shut-down to the computer, but it is still not working.

Any ideas?

For me redirection works after adding the website to the list of protected websites:

Please post a screen shot of your protected websites list.

just to close the loop: Problem solved. Apparently Intuit goes through 3 different domains in the process of opening the window: links.mint.com to mint.intuit.com  to accounts.intuit.com

I added the mint.intuit.com to the protected list and now ESET pops-up the secured window

Thank you for your help 👍
