Cloud Office Security is marking emails sent from my company employees to each other as SPAM !!

Any idea why is this allowed to happen ?

please provide us with a more info so we can check it.

Send me and @TomasP few samples of detected emails exported in eml or msg format and a screenshot showing the situation.
