BITSOLVER 0 Posted November 14, 2020 Share Posted November 14, 2020 Hi, Just tried to update Cybersecurity Pro on Mac OS 10.15.7 and the install process fails trying to write files, see attached screen shot. ginesea 0 Posted November 23, 2020 Share Posted November 23, 2020 The solution is simple, click on the Apple menu at the top left corner, click on "Force quit" and kill the ESET Cyber Security app. You will only be able to do that if you are using a Mac account with Admin permissions. Once you do that, just install the new version and it will succeed. You'll need to download the ESET installer previously from the ESET website or from your account in the ESET customer portal.
