Real-time protection is non functional

After the last upgrade, ESET always displays that the computer needs to be rebooted, even after a reboot, and Real-time protection is non functional. Disabling the firewall does not help. Windows defender icon is visible, and seems to do real time protection.

License is shown as valid.

With this new update, my pre-paid subscription to ESET is no longer valid. I have a 13" MacBook Air laptop.  What do I do?

Please do not hijack someone else's topic which is unrelated to your question. As long as your license is valid, it entitles you to download any version of the ESET product that you've purchased. I was unable to find any license registered with your forum email address. If necessary, please create a new topic and provide your public license ID.
