Policies -> Settings -> (Web and email) Web access protection -> web protocols -> Ports used by HTTP protocol

I have ESET Endpoint antivirus with web and email protection disabled and I still get this, I don't know why I need this VPN installed if I have this feature disabled.

It'not a VPN but the network protocol filtering  system extension which is registered in the system in order to scan http/pop3/imap communication.
