ekrn.exe connecting to a suspicious IP address

Hello, dear ESET forum ladies & gentlemen, here's what I noticed right after I turned my computer on:

TCPView excerpt:

ekrn.exe    1824    TCP    computername    49690    13.91.57.145    https    ESTABLISHED    3    994    4    3,385

Is this something one should be concerned about or is this okay (as in ESET using MSFT services)?

 

Please advise - if this is something to be concerned about, then I'd be considering reaching out the ESET technical support, however I don't want to bother them until I'm sure it's something to be bothering them about...
