Shortcut on desktop

I recently received notification to update my Eset Password Manager from Version 2 to version 3 to be compatible on Edge.  When I did that I could not update my shortcut on my desktop due to changing the master password. I do have all my passwords on Chrome but how can I get the shortcut back on my Dell laptop desktop?  Please advise.  Thank you.

Do you mean the shortcut for the password manager? I don't think there's a windows version now for the password manager just browser extensions and mobile apps
