arp poisoning attack blocked

Hello,

 

An arp poisoning attack was blocked. I am not sure where it came from or how. I want to be sure my CPU is clean and not under threat. 

 

How to I track down where it came from?

I would ignore it unless you're continually getting the detection. Simply your computer received an ARP response from two or more devices with different MAC address.
