I keep getting "can't reach activation servers" with error code ecp 20019 when trying to activate

My HDD was replaced and I had ESET on it, now I reinstalled it and I can't activate it. It can't reach the servers. I ran it as administrator, restarted the pc, nothing worked. Any suggestions? Thanks!

If you are being a firewall, please make sure that ekrn.exe has access to the Internet allowed.

If that's not the case:
- enable advances logging under Help and support -> Details for technical support
- try to activate ESET
- disable logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
