Hello,

the new replication protocol used in ESMC 7 does not support connectivity by means of the ERA (6.5 and lower) proxy, note this was not a standard http proxy.

The agents may use a direct connectivity to the ESMC server or my connect by means of standard http proxy in case the direct connectivity is not an option.

When it comes to ERA backup, you may follow https://help.eset.com/era_install/65/en-US/db_backup.html
