Recently ESET using 100% CPU on my HP ZBook. Task Manager couldn't stop it. I can't open the application itself to tweak the setting. Restarting and shutting down my laptop takes forever. I managed to get into safe mode, but I can't run ESET on that. I search every solution on the first page of Google, and nothing works. I can't do anything right now with my laptop since the process is just interrupting anything. What can I do about this?

Please carry on as follows:
- configure Windows to generate complete memory dumps and enable manual crash as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb380
- reproduce the issue
- trigger a crash as per the above KB
- after the dump has been generated, compress it, upload it to a safe location and drop me a private message with a download link
- uninstall ESET in safe mode using the ESET Uninstall tool
- install the latest v14.0.22 with default settings.

Does the issue still occur? How long after a fresh install does it take for the issue to manifest?
