ESet Uninstallation error 0x643

Hi,

I'm trying to remove old ESet Antivirus and replace it with ESet Security. I'm having an issue with the uninstallation task. I keep on getting error 0x643 when running the task. Manually uninstallation works fine but I have to remove the app for more than a 100 clients. I have attached the logs. Appreciate any insights regarding this.

Are settings protected with the strong password seen in the screen shot? The error is most likely caused by using a wrong password.

Anyways, you shouldn't need to uninstall EEA first; installing EES over EEA is possible.

Upgrade shouldn't consume an additional seat from he license. However, you can deactivate and free up unused seats via eba.eset.com at any time.
