polcalweng 0 Posted November 6, 2020 Share Posted November 6, 2020 Hi, I'm trying to remove old ESet Antivirus and replace it with ESet Security. I'm having an issue with the uninstallation task. I keep on getting error 0x643 when running the task. Manually uninstallation works fine but I have to remove the app for more than a 100 clients. I have attached the logs. The error is most likely caused by using a wrong password. Upgrade shouldn't consume an additional seat from he license.
