povas 0 Posted November 2, 2020 Posted November 2, 2020 I just installed the Linux Mail Security integrated with Postfix. Everything works fine. The only thing is that now an email which contains an infected attachment still reaches the recipient, although the attachment is removed. Can you please advice how to configure ESET Mail Security in order for the email (if contains an infected attachment) not to reach the recipient and to be delivered to quarantine?
Administrators Marcos 5,453 Posted November 2, 2020 Administrators Posted November 2, 2020 If you want to delete infected messages completely, this needs to be handled by the mail server itself on Linux. Our product allows you to define “Template added to the subject of infected messages” and based on this you can filter messages in your mail server and create a dropping rule.
