ECSP latest version still blocking localhost

Man, ECSP is blocking me all the time.. i just want do do a maven update and each time i have to disable the network traffic filtering .. Plz fix the issue man, before was working fine. now the recent two version just like POS.

The communication on localhost is allowed by default in home profile. Otherwise you will need to create a permissive rule to allow it.
