Error in Repository Creation (error code: 20014

Hello 

When I use ESMC to deploy endpoint Security, it shows me a message about "GetFile: Failed to process HTTP request (error code: 20014, URL: 'hxxp://repository.eset.com/v1/com/eset/apps/business/ees/windows/v7/7.3.2041.0/ees_nt64.msi') "

The condition is some computer can be installed successful, but some computer occurs this problem.

The environment is the same about the net, windows os.

Is there anyone experienced the same things?

Looks like agent was unable to connect to the repository to download the installer. Please check what policy is applied to the agent, especially if proxy settings are correct. You can try to apply a policy that will enforce direct connection to the Internet to rule out issues with the proxy.

If you are behind a firewall, couldn't it be that outbound communication is restricted to certain hosts only? If a CDN is used, agent will connect also to other addresses than those listed in https://support.eset.com/en/kb332.

Thanks.

Finally, we find the IP, "91.228.166.82", is not connected sometimes, and we change the server setting about Repository from 「AUTOSELECT」to「hxxp://38.90.226.20/v1」. 

Then the agent download successfully.

We do not recommend setting a specific server since servers may change over time or may not work at times when under higher load. Instead, to avoid using CDN you can set the repository to http://repositorynocdn.eset.com/v1 as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb6749.
