Breau 0
For the longest time I have been fighting with "antispam module no cloud connectivity". I ran Marcos's asclouddiag. The first query always fails it seems and looking at my firewall i get a " DNS rebind attack blocked" in my event logs even though i have allowed the traffic over those ports and to the allowed addresses. Is my firewall just being stupid? Currently says "you are protected" after messing with my firewall rules (yay!), but i still get those failed response's and DNS rebind attack blocked if i run the diag. logs.txt
Administrators Marcos 4,712 Posted October 26, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 26, 2020 There are some issues with sendin/receiving DNS responses. If the firewall allows DNS communication on port 53535 and 53, I'd recommend opening a ticket with your local support and providing them with the log. Direct DNS request, UDP protocol, port 53, A record: DirectComm: Timeout occurred during socket read after (6000)ms on fd(280) DirectComm: Failed to receive direct response: -1 Sending direct DNS request has failed.
