problem with agent management 7.2 for HP T620 and T630 thin clients

Hello,

we have a problem with agent management 7.2 for HP T620 and T630 thin clients.

OS: Windows 10 LTSB in 2016 and 2017

the problem is that the ESET Management Agent service stops after a restart and remains grayed out, it must be restarted manually as administrator.

We only encounter this problem with this type of client.

do you have a lead?

Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\trace.log for possible errors and post it here as well. I'd also recommend opening a ticket with your local ESET support so that the case is properly tracked.
