mtellefson 0
We have an office in another country which we have recently sold. I want to remove the ESET licensing from the computers there but I am having trouble accessing the computers which makes me believe this switch over isn't going to be as friendly as I thought. If I delete them in the Security Manager, do they stop getting updates? Is there a better way to pull the plug?
Administrators Marcos 4,704 Posted October 23, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 23, 2020 Are they still reporting to ESMC or ECA? If so, you could select them in the console and click Remove: Then there are 3 steps that you should follow to properly remove the clients. In the last step you can also choose to deactivate clients. If the clients are no longer reporting to ESMC, you can uninstall Endpoint in the standard way like any other applications.
