Changing the 2FA device

Hi, I can't find anywhere the answer to my actuel problem.

I changed my phone, still got the old one with the ESET Authenticator but I can't find a way to disable the 2FA from my user/account and set it up again on the new one.

As I said on my previous message, I can't find a way to contact the support trought the link you gave me.

Everytime I follow the instructions, I am sent on the forum or the FAQ 😕
