GeoIp detection failed

Good morning. I'm trying to renew my ESET NOD32 licence in https://www.eset.com/it/support/renew/ page. When I select the country (I'm in Italy) and I confirm the process, there is this error: "GeoIp detection failed. Please refresh and try again."

I trying to refresh but doesn't work. How can I fix?

The thing is besides selecting the country the form tries to determine the country itself to not allow purchase from banned / sanctioned countries and this failed. If you are connected via wi-fi, would it be possible to try connecting via a cable instead or vice-versa? Or open the form on another machine and fill it there.
