hozgur88 0 Posted October 16, 2020 Share Posted October 16, 2020 Hi guys. I want to update a new version Endpoint AV from Managment Center. But some computers are not updating. Log say Install to product manuel. I removed to computer old version after the restart the old version is runnig still and i am not seening program list in computer. When I try run exe file then It says "there is a problem please restart your computer and run the setup again" . I try Eset AV Remover it isnt find any program for remove. How can i do, I dont know. Can you help me please. I have a Eset Endpoint Antivirus in my computer and it is running old version "7.2.2055.0". And it is not showing in add/remove program list. Does it end with the above error message? Could you try removing ESET in safe mode using the ESET Uninstall tool and try installing it then? How many machines do you have with this issue?
