Upgrade Eset Smc 7.0 to 7.2 failed

Hello,

I was trying to upgrade Eset Smc 7.0.577.0 to 7.2.11.3 but installation failed at install Eset Security Management Center Server. Iam attaching installation log. Version of MS SQL Server is 12.0.6024

How can I fix this issue, please?

From logs it seems that it was not possible to stop ESMC service in time. Could you please try to stop it manually and re-execute upgrade attempt? Or even attempt for automatic upgrade should work - it is probable that ESMC was under high load at the moment of upgrade attempt which prevented it to stop without risking loss of data.
