i did to Modules update but it problem not resolve.

how can i resolve this problem

Hi Historey,

 

This update is not a module update, its the security product application.

In the ESMC if you go to the computer details, then go to "Installed applications" you should see what is installed (usually the agent and the antivirus), in this case you gonna click on the antivirus application you have and update it to the 7.3 version.
