Cannot find agent from the list of available software

Hello, we have more than 40 PCs and today most PCs got the below warning. I tried to deploy the agent from ESET Remote Administrator, but cannot find the packet in the list. Can you please help?

In order to upgrade agent to v7.2, please send an "ESMC component upgrade" task to the clients. After the upgrade it may be necessary to reboot the machine for the notification to go away.

@ChrisR as you have mentioned "ESET Remote Administrator", we need to double check, if you have already upgraded your ERA server (version 6.x) to ESET Security Management Center (version 7.x). If not, the first thing you need to do, is to upgrade the server. Upgrade might be possible via a component upgrade task, if your 6.x version is at least 6.5.

Please note, that ESET Management Agent is not compatible with the ERA Server 6.x, and first thing you need to do, is to upgrade the management server. After that completed, you can proceed with the upgrade of agents, as written in the post by marcos.
