I get this error: GetFile: Object 'https://download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/firefox/releases/81.0.1/win64/en-US/Firefox Setup 81.0.1.msi' not found [error code: 20011] But from that PC I can access that URL. ESET Staff MartinK 329 Posted October 2, 2020 ESET Staff Share Posted October 2, 2020 Is there any HTTP proxy used to access internet on target machine? Please be aware that standard HTTP proxy configuration in Windows systems is user-specific, and it is not available for background services, so it might happen that users are able to download resources that are not accessible to management AGENTs. Solution might be adding HTTP proxy to AGENT's configuration if this is the case.

But in target machines i can reach install url(https://download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/firefox/releases/81.0.1/win64/en-US/Firefox Setup 81.0.1.msi) and update manually With other software updates there is no problems, only with Mozilla Firefox
Administrators Marcos 3,573 Posted October 7, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 7, 2020 Try running the browser in the local system account and check if you can open the above url: PsExec64.exe -i -s "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" Do not browse the Internet, it's dangerous to do it under LSA.
