ESET Internet Security 14 version release date

I received a "Update Product Now" message to update Internet Security from 13.2.18.0 to 14.0.21.0.

When I select "Update Product now," a new screen pops us asking me to "Accept & update now." When I accept and click "yes" the same screen reappears. I have rebooted and cleared the update cache, but I never get past the "Accept & update now" screen.

The update should be installed after a reboot. Did you click the link to reboot the machine in ESET's gui to make sure that a full reboot was performed?

Is your Eset update profile - update type, set to "Ask before downloading update?"
