Restoring file from quarantine failed.

My phone backup was stored in an archive and the AV detected a malware in it then quarantined the whole archive and when I ty to restore it it gives me error "Restoring file from quarantine failed." what should I do?

The error could be caused by insufficient permissions for the target folder or the quarantined files could be corrupted or inaccessible, e.g. due to a hw failure. Right-click the desired file in quarantine, select "Restore to" and restore it to a folder on your system drive. Then you can manually move it to another device or drive.

Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector.

this is the log output. and the file wasn't corrupted before it went to the quarantine and it has important files i need to recover ASAP
