Virus signature database is out of date

I am having problem updating the virus database, display error message:

"Maximum protection is not ensured"

"Virus signature database is out of date"

how to solve this problem.

For some reason your ESET product doesn't update. Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector.

You have a very old version ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.2 BE installed on the server. Please carry on as follows:
- uninstall ESET v4.2
- reboot the server
- install the latest version of ESET File Security v7.1

Is it free upgrade to ESET File Security v7.1, how about the username and password with the licenses details are the same as the old product??

Your license entitles you to download any version of the product (including future ones) that you have purchased. However, I would recommend contacting your local ESET distributor regarding the license for the server since you seem to have a license for ESET Endpoint Antivirus for 5 seats which probably doesn't include a license for ESET File Security. I recall the minimum number of seats to include an EFSW license is 10 but I can be wrong.
