Dual Boot Linux/Windows 10 scanning

I couldn't find out from the searches I did.  Tho I am very tired so for all I know I just flubbed it and missed something obvious.  Regardless, my question is this, can the Linux version of ESET do a scan through the whole drive including the windows partition?  I am assuming that it might not be able to go into the specific profiles in User folder, but could it at least do the rest of the partition?

If the Windows partition is mounted, ie. it's accessible and readable under Linux then there should be no problem. The Linux-based SysRescue serves exactly for that purpose.
