Unable to add license in ESET License Manager II

Dear Eset-Team

I am having the same problem that is described in this topic:

I also tried to reach the support, but I'm not sure if that worked, because the page always resets with a timer of 5 sec on the "send now" button. I did not receive an automated response for my ticket and it didn't seem like it was creatign one.
