Have trying anything, but always receive ACT.0 error. If i try activate extension on site, it asnwer me what i can't activate Internet Security by the key of Smart Security and on the contrary if i try to activate smart security, they said what i can't activate smart by the key of internet security. If you are unable to activate EIS using your license key, I'd recommend contacting your local ESET support and providing them with ELC logs. Prior to collecting ELC logs, enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Details for customer care and try to activate the product. Then disable logging and collect logs with ELC.
