How to lower available license count

Hi,

I'm fairly new to ESET and have managed to inherit looking after all our clients that use ESET Endpoint Security (V6.5) for our company. I'm in the process of tidying it up and have found that we have clients listed with more available licenses that they should do i.e. 3/18 and I only want them to have those 3 available so it's 3/3.

How do I go about reducing that? I can see that you can remove machines and licenses using the License Management section of the ESET Remote Administrator combined with the ESET License Administrator and then you have to sync that changes, but that only changes the allocated units. How do I go about reducing what's available?

Any help / advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

You'll need to contact the seller who sold you the license, probably ESET UK. However, I assume that the reduction will not be possible before the next renewal.
