false positive mails not answered from March 2014

We sent the number  of emails to your support team regarding the false detections on our products and didn't recieve any response from you

 

Could you recheck  what happens?  All emails were sent from support @ goobzo.com

Is the products detected as a threat/malware? 

 

If it is a PUA (Potentially unwanted/unsafe application) detection then it is very unlikely that it is a FP detection.
