Hello,

at first please make sure you have the latest version installed.

If yes and you experience the KP, please collect the logs as described at https://support.eset.com/en/kb3404-use-eset-logcollector-on-macos-and-send-the-logs-to-eset-technical-support

and share it with us, so we can check it.

Thank you, Peter

I'm having the same issue, but it always happens when I shutdown the computer so I can't run the Eset logcollector...

Does the issue actually go away after temporarily uninstalling ESET? If so, please open a support ticket with your local ESET support for further troubleshooting of the issue.
