Warning Message from Windows. Compatibility Issue

Hi Eset Team!

 

Would like to share the error message that one of our user encountered. What could have prompt the error message?

Apparently the error message appeared after the Windows Update.

I assume this is not Windows XP. Therefore please upgrade your Endpoint to the latest version 7.3.2039. V6.5 should be used only on Windows XP for which it's the latest version that supports the OS.

Got it. It is Windows 10. WIll upgrade it to the latest version. Thanks!
