I was prompted to restart my PC a few days ago for an update to ESET Internet security.  When my computer rebooted all of my windows desktop icons shifted to my secondary monitor.  I have tried repeatedly to move them back to my primary desktop but every time I reboot more than 2/3 of them switch back over to my secondary desktop.  The only thing I changed was updating ESET Internet Security.  Is this a known issue?  Is there some fix for this?

Thanks

Icons positions are most likely saved in

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags\[x]\Shell\{yyyyyyy-yy...}\ItemPos

ESET doesn't modify registry values except cleaning. The above registry key is never modified since it's not used by malware.
