but this domain not found virus on another antivirus.

Hi Eset has returned over 100 faults on a page that I know is hosted by non mallaice people, the site is TNSradio.ning.com can you plese advise if this is a false positive or is there something that the hosts need to fix in someway ... please we need help asap, This is a open forum radio station, I host on there 3 times a week, I do trust the people who host it ... if there is anything that needs taking care of please inform so I can advise them and get it fixed asap
