General Question while evaluating

Hi,

 

I just signed up for the free trial. In cloud administrator I am missing any option to add mobile devices. Is this missing only in the trial or how are mobile devices managed?

What about official support from ESET? When choosing a plan, are there different SLAs? Could not find any support information, besides community and Q&As.

I cannot post in the General Diskussion Froum, so excuse me posting here.

SLAs depend on a particular partner. For big enterprise customers there's a possibility to purchase premium support that is provided by ESET HQ and where a response is guaranteed within 1 hour in urgent cases if I remember correctly.

ECA cannot be used to manage mobile phones. It is necessary to use ESET Security Management Center (currently on-premise only with a cloud version to be available soon) and Mobile Device Connector.

ok, thanks. How soon ist soon regarding cloud mdm?
