Two-Factor Authentication setup

I enabled the two-factor authentication during registering but when i login again it says to wait for the two-factor authentication setup but it still loads the login page again.

I gather that you enabled 2FA and then logged out from EBA. What was next? Did you click Setup as mentioned in step 1 at https://help.eset.com/eba/en-US/two-factor-authentication.html?

Thanks. It wasn't loading properly on Google Chrome. So I tired Microsoft Edge and managed to login successfully.
