Can someone explain me why can't I install ESET on my computer?

I have enough storage space but for some reason, after the installation begins the installation's window changes to: "calculating available space..." and then it gets stuck and it doesn't install ESET. I tried many things but nothing worked

How many disk drives do you have installed in the pc? Are they older hard disks or relatively new SSD disks? Try checking the disks for errors using chkdsk. If no errors are detected, I'd recommend opening a ticket with your local ESET support.

It appears Eset requires approx. 1 GB of free disk space. Have your checked if the drive Eset is being installed on has at least that much free disk space? Eset's installer defaults to installing on the same drive where the OS is installed.
