Administrators Marcos 4,718 Posted July 14, 2020 Administrators Share Posted July 14, 2020 Files were encrypted by Filecoder.Phobos. Unfortunately, decryption is not possible if you don't have a backup copy of the files. Please email the following to samples[at]eset.com: - logs collected with ESET Log Collector - a handful of smaller encrypted files (ideally Office documents) - the ransowmare note. After analyzing logs will provide you with instructions how to harden your system against further attacks.

Eset Smart Security isn't supported for Win Server 2008. You need to install an Eset Win Server product: https://help.eset.com/efsw/7.1/en-US/system_requirements.html
