Agent Conection Problem : GetAuthenticationSessionToken

Since now some weeks, many pc of my company are no more detected by our server.

Firewall is in "any"
I already restarted multiple time the server

I did uninstall and reinstall the agent and the eset client on different pc (version 7.3), nothing changed.

BUT some pc get a connection with the server, but it's a small minority.

Can It be an issue with driver / windows update ?

Do you have the part of the logs that show the process of connection?

It is hard to guess without trace logs, but issue might be also with WMI service, or other parts integrating AGENT with operating system, possibly resulting in slow responses.
