Patami 0 Posted July 7, 2020 Posted July 7, 2020 Hello, Since now some weeks, many pc of my company are no more detected by our server. Firewall is in "any" I already restarted multiple time the server I did uninstall and reinstall the agent and the eset client on different pc (version 7.3), nothing changed. BUT some pc get a connection with the server, but it's a small minority. Can It be an issue with driver / windows update ? Thanks

ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted July 8, 2020 ESET Staff Posted July 8, 2020 It is hard to guess without trace logs, but issue might be also with WMI service, or other parts integrating AGENT with operating system, possibly resulting in slow responses.
Patami 0 Posted July 10, 2020 Author Posted July 10, 2020 Here the rest of the logs I tried to upgrade the eset remote console 7 on the 2012r2 server that run a 6.5 but Get an error 1603.
