SSA 0
I noticed when a user attempts to share a spreadsheet from Excel 2013 as an Outlook attachment that Excel locks up. This only seems to happen when the ESET addin is enabled in Outlook so ESET potentially appears to be part of the issue. Other from disabling the addin is there any solution? The crash event log information is below The program EXCEL.EXE version 15.0.4535.1507 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel. ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 944 Posted May 9, 2014 ESET Moderators Share Posted May 9, 2014 Hello, the Dev team has found the source of the issue, but fix will take a while. As a workaround you need to disable these 2 options: Email clients -> Email to scan -> Sent email Antispam protection -> Address books -> Add recipient addresses from outgoing message
