mxp 0 Posted June 12, 2020 Share Posted June 12, 2020 Greetings, i tried to update the Management Components via the ESMC and now the esmc won't connect to itself as it seems i can still access the web interface and the console of the appliance itself. but it looks like the Management Agent won't connect(?) to itself correctly? everything else works completely fine, it's just that ESMC itself that seems to have problem. ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted June 12, 2020 ESET Staff Share Posted June 12, 2020 Could you please follow standard troubleshooting steps as described in documentation to verify status of ESMC Agent installed on ESMC server? Upgrade of AGENT itself is last step of upgrade procedure and it might be stick in wrong state. Al would recommend to start by checking status.html file for connectivity issues and version of AGENT itself, so that it is clear whether AGENT was actually updated.
