HTA98756 0 Posted June 11, 2020 Share Posted June 11, 2020 I just purchased a new license for ESET Endpoint Security + File Security but I am getting the "Modules update failed. Updated authorization failed. Please check if your license is valid." error. This is through live installer generated through the Cloud Administrator console. This computer is a fresh install, no other antivirus software has been installed on it. I have tried uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling multiple times. I have also tried clearing the cache. I've tested them all and they all worked to download update files. Are you still experiencing the issue? If so, please enable advanced update engine logging in the adv. setup -> Tools -> Diagnostics and run update.
