Mozilla Firefox keep getting corrupted by Smart Security.

When I load Firefox when Eset Smart Security my passwords & bookmarks disappear except that  which stored in secure browser, can anyone help me?

By ESET Smart Security you mean ESET Smart Security Premium? What version do you have installed? Does the issue go away after uninstalling it and returns immediately after installing the latest version 13.1.21?
