Laslow 0
Hi, I use ESET Endpoint Security v7.2.2055.0, and I find sometimes ESET Service (ekrn.exe) uses constantly 18-19% CPU and about 1,2 GB RAM for days. Reinstall didn't help, or helps only for a while: sometimes ESET works well for weeks, sometimes it uses high CPU and RAM for days. Is there any way to solve this problem? Thank you, Laslow
Administrators Marcos 5,397 Posted June 8, 2020 Administrators Share Posted June 8, 2020 If you use MS Outlook, does disabling integration make a difference? If so, re-enable it and try disabling this option in the antispam setup: If that's not the case, please create a dump of ekrn by clicking Create in the avanced setup -> diagnostics (make sure to select full dump first and click ok).
