ver 13.1.21.0 Module updates fail

This is a fresh install of a customer computer. Win 10, all updates applied. no other antivirus present.

Fresh install of eset nod32 fails updating modules. Following the instructions in: https://support.eset.com/en/kb3189-resolve-modules-update-errors-in-eset-windows-home-products

None of that works, repairing do not work, reinstalling do not work

License valid another year

So, what do I do? recommend Kaspersky instead?

Download interrupted is caused by interruption typically between your ISP and the machine.

Please carry on as follows:

- if you have ESET NOD32 Antivirus installed, temporarily uninstall it and install ESET Internet Security instead and activate a trial version (alternatively you can capture network communication with Wireshark)
- enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Details for technical support
- run update
- after the update has failed, disable advanced logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb3466-how-do-i-use-eset-log-collector
- upload the generated archive here.

think I founf the problem, by chance his isp just installed watchguard http-proxy, it's blocking...
