Cloud Black list

Hello,

One of our email addresses is being blocked by Eset Endpoint Security as a reason -found on cloud black list. Score 100.

Email address is accounts_do_not_reply@aldridgesecurity.co.uk 

Emails send from this address internally are marked as SPAM and deleted by our ESET Endpoint Security version 7.2.2055.0

Please advise how can this be resolved?

 

This email address is used to send out documents to our customer so would like to avoid this being blocked.

can you share the IP (you me send it to me over private message with a reference to this forum topic) or a sample of such message, if the issue persists so I can check it?
